I’ve been open online on my social account about my own struggles in weight management, finding fitness and nutrition, dealing with health issues such as endometriosis, chronic idiopathic hidradenitis, mild POTS, and Breast Cancer, and challenges and wins in powerlifting competitions.

Hair growth post-chemo is a big deal, as is getting your hair, skin, and nails back in order, and that all has to do with your habits heading into chemo and during as well. Find a partner who believes in you and understands you. One who supports your dreams and needs. ❤️ I’m lucky to have that with Jon. Trying to keep on top of doing all the right things! People have the best intentions...I think? Maybe? Or maybe people just go off what others have said? Or maybe they have only met people with positive outcomes from breast cancer, and by positive, meaning living and breathing. The truth is, if you haven't gone through it, then you do not know the cyclone of BS that goes with it. Truly, it's BS. Chemo is over...it's a huge step. I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to the Oncology Team at @emplifyhealthgundersen. The amazing people over there dealt with my crap veins after round 2 and provided me with excellent care. Their volunteer team has a lot of heart as well. It’s officially LIVE! 🎉 The post-workout you love got a massive upgrade so you can live your best life after killing it in the gym. Being on chemo means when I'm dragging 🍑 I need a kick to my own rear to Ge tit in gear. For the days I need it, I use Pulse. Cherry limeade is my flavor of choice. Overdue Update: Hitting macros every day, even on the go, means finding easy, delicious ways to hit your protein targets.
